Lia Toyota Northampton is seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

COMPENSATION RANGE: $50K-$100K+

Qualifications

• Must be punctual and reliable.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings and weekends.
• Respond well to direction and suggestions from management.
• Ability to achieve individual and department goals.
• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone, email, text, and in person.
• Strong negotiation skills per trained method.
• Must have a clean and valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist on the dealership lot or showroom.
• Develop deep knowledge of vehicles and offerings, including features and trims.
• Qualify customers by understanding needs and preferences to recommend the best vehicle.
• Demonstrate features, perform test-drives, and explain warranties and fuel economy.
• Close deals by handling objections and working with insurance.
• Guide customers through the purchasing process and set realistic expectations.
• Build rapport for repeat business and referrals; suggest trade-ins and campaigns.
• Follow up with clients using various tools and systems.
• Report activity and deals to sales and general managers.
