Lia Honda Northampton is seeking an experienced Salesperson with a proven track record selling new and used vehicles while maintaining exemplary CSI. We are focused on delivering an excellent customer experience and creating long term, repeat business relationships with all our customers.

Qualifications

• Punctual and reliable.
• Superior customer service skills.
• Willing to work evenings and Saturdays.
• Able to respond well to direction and suggestions of management.
• Able to achieve individual and department goals.
• Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone, via email and text, and face-to-face.
• Ability to negotiate in accordance with trained method.
• Must have a clean and valid driver\'s license.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers entering the dealership lot or showroom.
• Develop strong product knowledge of vehicles and offerings including features and trims.
• Qualify customers by understanding requirements and matching to vehicles and options.
• Demonstrate vehicles, complete test-drives, explain warranties, safety ratings, and mileage.
• Close deals, negotiate, process pre-sale documents, and liaise with insurers.
• Set expectations and guide customers through the purchasing process.
• Build rapport with new and repeat customers to encourage referrals and repeat business.
• Follow-up with sold and unsold clients via various tools and systems.
• Report to sales manager and general manager on deals, objectives, and activities.
