You will monitor workflows, data pipelines and market connectivity, diagnose alerts, and implement robust automation and monitoring improvements in a fast-paced trading environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Production Engineering, DevOps, Trade Support, Systems Operations or related roles.
• Strong Python, Linux and shell scripting skills.
• Experience with monitoring, alerting, automation or production data workflows.
• Calm, systematic approach to troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor critical trading workflows, market connectivity and data pipelines.
• Investigate alerts, failed jobs and degraded systems.
• Resolve issues independently and partner with engineers on more complex problems.
• Build a deep understanding of production systems, dependencies and trading workflows.
• Improve monitoring, alerting, documentation and operational processes.
• Automate repetitive tasks and implement safe, well-scoped code and configuration changes.
• Work closely with Quant Researchers, Software Engineers and Middle Office teams.
