Qualifications

• Ph.D. in engineering physics, applied physics, or related field with postdoc/research experience.
• Experience with REBCO coated conductor inspection diagnostics and Hall sensor array on HTS systems.
• Proficiency in Python, MATLAB, or IDL for data analysis and real-time acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Low temperature HTS scanning system design, integration, and commissioning.
• R2R integration and calibration with HTS tapes and data acquisition.
• Modular testbed for conduction-cooled magnet development and testing.
• Model validation and scientific output with HTS data for standards and publications.
• Collaboration and project coordination with PPPL, suppliers, and partners.
