Job summary

Colorado State University seeks an experienced HFW Coach to design and deliver workforce development coaching for human services professionals. The role strengthens Wraparound skills and fidelity across teams serving children, youth, and families with complex needs.

You will train, TA, and monitor fidelity, lead stakeholder partnerships, and guide sustainability efforts while ensuring outcomes align with CO-SOC expectations. Strong facilitation and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Education, Public/Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• Minimum of two years of direct Wraparound experience.
• Coaching and workforce development experience in behavioral health.
• Legally authorized to work within the US.

Responsibilities

• Lead training, technical assistance, and fidelity monitoring for Wraparound initiatives.
• Deliver coaching to strengthen Wraparound implementation and sustainability.
• Assess training needs and develop long-term coaching/training plans with partners.
• Provide CANS assessment consultation, training, and coaching for CO-SOC workforce.
• Develop strategies to translate training into practice and improve fidelity.
• Monitor data, adjust training as needed, and report progress to directors.

The coach delivers training and technical assistance to support quality Wraparound implementation, fidelity, and workforce capacity.## Salary Range:$70,000 - $80,000## Essential Job Duties:Training Technical Assistance, and Fidelity Monitoring that include:* Achieve certification from the National Wraparound Implementation Center (NWIC) within two years of being hired.* Lead specialized Wraparound consultation, training, and coaching efforts.* Assess general and specific Wraparound training needs within the focus population using accepted methods appropriate to the training field.* Establish relationships/partnerships and collaborate with stakeholders to assess and develop long-term coaching/training needs and Wraparound training plans.* Provide specialized CANS assessment consultation, training, and coaching efforts for all CO-SOC workforce trained by the CO-SOC WCC.* Create strategies to ensure sustainability and that Wraparound training is effectively translated into practice.* Monitor, provide technical assistance, and evaluate the fidelity of Wraparound, and provide coaching feedback to inform needed actions to support implementation integrity.* Compile and analyze Wraparound training data and use data to modify and adapt Wraparound training.* Utilize data to inform decision-making in the types of technical assistance deemed most helpful.* Develop, implement, and maintain effective mechanisms for ongoing relationships/partnerships with sites.* Communicate regularly, in person or virtually, with the project co-directors, including reporting on all Wraparound training efforts and progress.* Other duties as assigned.## Conditions of Employment:Pre-employment criminal background check (required for new hires).## Supervision:This position reports to the Co-Directors of the the CO-SOC WCC.## Minimum Qualifications:* Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Education, Public/Business Administration, Communications, or a discipline appropriate to the training being conducted.* Minimum of two (2) years of direct Wraparound experience* Coaching and workforce development experience in behavioral health field.* Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and management skills.* Excellent training and group facilitation skills.* Legally authorized to work within the US.## Preferred Qualifications:* Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Human Development, Education, Public/Business Administration, Communications, or a discipline appropriate for the training being conducted.* Comprehensive assessment training and technical assistance experience in behavioral health field.* Maintain awareness of current trends influencing coaching effectiveness.* Ability to learn new information and apply it to Wraparound coaching and technical assistance.* Strong critical thinking skills that aid in assessing strengths and weaknesses of approaches to problems and the viability of various solutions.* Strong writing skills and ability to present information concisely.* Ability to interpret and understand written information.* Ability to work cooperatively with others in a professional, ethical, and respectful way.* Ability to work effectively with clients to meet a range of customer expectations.## Application Instructions:Applicants should submit a CV and cover letter addressing the qualifications.This is an open pool posting.
