Qualifications

• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours per shift and walk up to 10 miles per day in an active warehouse environment.
• Handle and move merchandise, lifting up to 25 lbs and staying active throughout your shift.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, high-volume fulfillment or manufacturing environment.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to follow instructions accurately and work effectively with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders with precision and speed, ensuring fans receive the right product on time.
• Scan items using RF technology to maintain order accuracy and uphold quality standards.
• Receive, store, and organize inventory to keep the fulfillment operation running smoothly.
• Follow safety and quality standards and maintain a clean, efficient work area.
