Fox Restaurant Concepts' Culinary Dropout in Salt Lake City is hiring a Server for our new restaurant opening team this Summer. You will provide warm hospitality, know the menu, and help guests have an outstanding dining experience.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year high-volume restaurant experience, strong communication, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds. Weekend availability required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of high-volume restaurant experience
• Excellent communication; stand for long periods; lift up to 25 lbs
• Provide hospitality by going above and beyond for guests
• Know the menu and make genuine recommendations
• Keep tables clean and welcoming
• Stay calm and effective in high-volume settings
• Respond to on-the-fly requests with poise
• Know POS systems and OpenTable (or similar)
• Weekend and holiday availability
• Willing to fill in to ensure smooth operations
