Job summary

Flight Club is seeking a dynamic Server Assistant / Food Runner to support the Front of House team in a fast-paced entertainment venue in Cincinnati. You will help deliver food and maintain clean, organized dining areas to ensure guests have a memorable experience.

We value energy, enthusiasm, and a willingness to learn, with at least 2 years in a high-volume setting and current food handler and alcohol certifications. This role may involve lifting, standing for long periods, and weekend shifts.

Qualifications

• Current food handlers and alcohol certification required.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience preferably in a high-volume environment.
• Available to work various shift times and days, including weekends and holidays.
• Able to stand and/or walk for long periods, and lift 50+ lbs if necessary.

Responsibilities

• Listen to the customer and build rapport to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Assist in food delivery and dining area cleanliness throughout the shift.
• Train new runners and support teammates during peak times.
• Follow health, safety, and sanitation guidelines and report hazards.
