Flight Club is seeking a Server Assistant / Food Runner in Addison, TX, to support a fast-paced FOH team and ensure guests receive high-quality service. The role focuses on timely food delivery and maintaining clean service areas throughout shifts.

Ideal candidates have food and alcohol handling certifications, a minimum of 2 years’ experience in busy environments, and the ability to lift 50+ lbs as needed; availability on varied shifts including weekends is preferred.

Qualifications

• Food handlers and alcohol certification maintained through employment.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a high-volume environment.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs when necessary.

Responsibilities

• Assist in delivering food to guests with accuracy and speed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
• Support teammates during peak times and training new runners.
• Follow all health and safety guidelines and report hazards to management.
