Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1-2 years as a line cook or prep cook in a high-volume F&B business.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Demonstrates strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintains a positive, courteous attitude toward all team members and leads by example.

Responsibilities

• Bring a positive, warm attitude to work every day and uphold kitchen standards from delivery to guest service.
• Follow recipes, procedures, and par levels as directed by Culinary Leadership.
• Work with urgency to meet or exceed food delivery times.
• Communicate ordering needs accurately to Culinary Leadership.
• Maintain a clean, organized space and comply with sanitation and hygiene standards.
• Other duties as assigned.
