Job summary

Buffalo Wild Wings in Normal, IL is hiring Cooks (Heart of House). You’ll help bring bold flavors to life by preparing wings, burgers and other menu items in a fast-paced kitchen.

We value teamwork, reliability, and a dedication to food quality. You must be at least 18; a Food Handler Certificate is preferred. You’ll stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, and work well with a team. Training is provided to the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 or older.
• Food Handler Certificate preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours) and lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more.
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly.
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties.
