Buffalo Wild Wings in Peoria, IL is looking for energetic cooks to join the Heart of House team. You will prep and cook items like wings and burgers, following recipes and presentation standards in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years of age
• Able to stand for up to 8 hours
• Willing to learn and jump in wherever needed
• Kitchen experience is helpful but we can train the right person
• Food Handler Certificate preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items like wings, burgers, and more
• Slice, dice, grill, fry, and sauce with accuracy and speed
• Follow recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Work with your team to keep the kitchen running smoothly
• Help with prep, stocking, and closing duties
