Job summary

Orangetheory Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Coach to deliver high-energy, science-based workouts in a vibrant studio setting. You will engage multiple members per class, foster a welcoming environment, and support sales and retention goals while maintaining accurate member records and effective communication across channels.

The role emphasizes strong time management, safety, and brand-aligned coaching. You’ll work with the team to ensure an outstanding studio experience for members and guests.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of group fitness or personal training experience.
• Current Orangetheory Fitness approved fitness certification required (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or equivalent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in customer service, sales, hospitality, or client-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and motivate diverse members.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging, high-energy group workouts for all members each class session.
• Provide welcoming, inclusive, and motivating experiences reflecting brand standards.
• Assist in member documentation and studio systems as required.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development.
• Assist in explaining membership options and programs to prospects.
