• Experience in serving or bar to keep guests happy.
• Experience with POS systems; Toast is a plus.
• Comfortable handling sales transactions and upselling.

Responsibilities

• Share Big Al’s promos and create a memorable guest experience.
• Run drinks, take orders, deliver food, and process payments.
• Maintain clean bar, lanes, and glassware; assist with keg room duties.
• Assist opening/closing and team tasks as needed.
