Desert 5 Spot in Washington, DC is seeking experienced bartenders to deliver high-energy service, greet guests, tailor recommendations, and prepare classic cocktails and new creations.

You will upsell items, maintain par levels, handle cash, and ensure cleanliness while coordinating with the dining room. Must have 2 years in a high-end venue, Amari/Grappa knowledge a plus, and up-to-date Food Handlers and Alcohol Awareness cards.

Qualificações

• 2 years experience in a high-end restaurant or hotel.
• Expertise in alcohol and cocktail making in high-volume environments.
• Amari and Grappa knowledge a plus.
• Excellent listener & communicator.
• Ability to focus on guest interaction and multitask.
• Team player and able to anticipate others\' needs.
• Positive attitude.
• Food Handlers Card up to date.
• Alcohol Awareness Card up to date.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare all alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Restock and maintain par levels of beverages.
• Prepare and serve beverages and food.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and organization.
• Coordinate transfers for guests moving to the dining room.
• Assist in beverage inventories and orders.
• Follow cash handling procedures as directed by management.
