Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• At least two years of cocktail serving experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have a Food Handler card up to date.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests in a positive and friendly manner and acknowledge celebrations, anniversaries, birthdays, and other notes.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and suggests food and beverage items.
• Coordinate with bar staff to ensure beverage availability.
• Enter all orders accurately into the POS system and follow cash/payment card procedures.
• Maintain complete knowledge of products being served and up-sell as appropriate.
• Follow health code, dress code, and other serving standards.
• Check IDs to ensure guests are of proper drinking age.
