Holmes Motors is seeking a high-energy Lease Associate at our D'Iberville, MS location. You’ll handle a high volume of warm leads, create engaging social media content, and build a personal brand to convert followers into buyers.

You’ll guide customers through our in-house financing with no credit checks, while meeting daily targets. This role offers a base salary with uncapped commissions and a strong path for growth in a fast-paced auto sales environment.

Qualifications

• Strong presence on social media platforms and ability to create engaging content.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Ability to adapt to evolving market conditions and dynamic work settings.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of warm leads via CRM with calls, texts, and follow-ups.
• Create short-form video content (walkarounds, deliveries, promos).
• Build a personal brand on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and convert engagement to appointments.
• Explain our in-house financing program with no credit checks.
• Be on the lot and on camera; energy and presence matter.
• Hit daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Collaborate with team and management to maximize opportunities.
• Stay coachable and participate in ongoing training and career growth.
