Jiffy Lube in Gilbert, AZ is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead store operations, drive sales, and coach a fast-paced team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll open/close, manage cash, oversee inventory, recruit and schedule staff, and model J Team Service Standards while performing oil-change services. The role requires hands-on leadership and a focus on safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to stand long hours and lift 50+ lbs.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship).
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store and maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience and resolving concerns with professionalism.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
