Job summary

Premium Velocity Auto (PVA) / Jiffy Lube in Gilbert, AZ is seeking a high-energy Assistant General Manager to supervise daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You'll support the General Manager, manage inventory, scheduling, and training while upholding J Team Service Standards and safety. This full-time role offers advancement opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail management experience (Automotive, Fast Food, Retail).
• Valid driver’s license.
• Basic math skills (addition, subtraction, percentages).
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Ability to use computers and online tools.
• Able to stand long periods and lift 50+ lbs.

Responsibilities

• Opening/closing the store & maintaining a clean, safe, operationally excellent environment.
• Overseeing cash handling and POS procedures.
• Helping manage inventory ordering, receiving, and tracking.
• Recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and scheduling team members.
• Leading by example using J Team Service Standards while performing lube services.
• Creating a positive guest experience & resolving concerns professionally.
• Ensuring Environmental, Health & Safety compliance.
• Taking full ownership of operations when the GM is away.
