Job summary

CSU Fullerton Auxiliary Services is seeking Titans After School Program Aides to work with a group of up to 25 students (TK-8th) providing supervision, tutoring, homework help and enrichment during after-school hours.

The role requires high energy, strong organization and communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining a safe, engaging, and structured learning environment. Availability for at least three days per week is essential, with specific afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• Ability to solely manage a classroom of 20-25 students.
• Understanding behavior management and effective disciplinary techniques.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly organized with exceptional interpersonal and partnering relationship skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive.

Responsibilities

• Supervise students and provide tutoring and homework help.
• Deliver educational enrichment and life skills activities.
• Follow program rules, document attendance, and report incidents.
• Clock in/out and manage timesheets bi-weekly.
• Work with supervisor and site coordinator.
• Maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
