Job summary

Catalyst Family Inc. is seeking After School Instructors to work with groups of up to 20 students from TK through 8th grade, helping with tutoring, homework, and enrichment. You’ll coordinate with the Site Coordinator to align Catalyst ExpandEd Learning curriculum and school day activities at the site.

Ideal candidates are high-energy, organized, and possess strong communication. This part-time role supports students, families, and staff while maintaining a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• District requirements may vary by location.
• College units in education, recreation, or child development desired.

Responsibilities

• Provide tutoring and homework assistance to help students meet standards.
• Collaborate with Site Coordinator to implement curriculum and procedures.
• Deliver educational enrichment including positive youth development activities.
• Track students’ progress and attendance daily.
• Maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment and complete safety reports.
