Qualifications

• Proven automotive sales experience and familiarity with the sales process, CRM, and paperwork.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
• Strong closing instincts and confidence to ask for the business.
• Excellent relationship-building to drive referrals and repeat business.
• Competitive, coachable mindset focused on results.
• Professional in appearance and communication across in-person, phone, and online.
• Valid driver’s license; ability to pass background checks, drug screen, and MVR.
• Bilingual skills are a bonus, not required.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to delivery and post-sale follow-up.
