Job summary

CITY HOME in Florida is seeking a Sales Associate to help customers design a home they’ll love and guide them through the showroom experience. You’ll be supported by marketing resources and a best-in-class training program designed to turn you into a trusted advisor.

This full-time role offers uncapped commissions with a realistic first-year minimum of $65,000, with earnings potentially reaching $200,000 or more based on performance and effort.

Qualifications

• High-School degree or GED required.
• Schedule includes evenings and weekends on a full-time 40-hour week.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Training using an iPad for all transactions and inventory checks.
• Ability to guide customers through the showroom and navigate large spaces.

Responsibilities

• Help guests design a home they'll love.
• Present and upsell furniture and services.
• Walk showroom floors for 8 hours daily.
• Build relationships and guide customers through the sales process.
• Assist guests with financing options and finalize sales.
• Create invoices and schedule deliveries.
• Manage accounts and prospect potential clients.
• Keep showroom neat for a welcoming experience.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and KPIs.
• Address customer concerns to ensure satisfaction.
