Job summary

Lakeside Bank in the South Loop is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate residential first mortgages and grow the bank's customer base. You will build relationships with real estate professionals, developers, CPAs, attorneys, and other partners to generate new business.

You will complete and submit quality loan applications and work to resolve any issues to close loans. The position offers base salary plus commissions, with NMLS registration required under the SAFE Act.

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage sales or related financial/sales experience preferred.
• Willing to train with prior sales experience or mortgage servicing experience.
• Must meet NMLS registration requirements under SAFE Act.
