Boater's World Marine Centers in Bradenton, FL is seeking an experienced, high-performing Sales Consultant. Build a personal book of business, manage leads across internet, phone, and showroom channels, and close high-ticket boat sales.

This role rewards proven producers with substantial earning potential and a strong support ecosystem. You’ll develop relationships, learn our inventory, and leverage CRM and digital tools to drive continuous follow-up and referrals.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience.
• Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Previous experience selling high-ticket products strongly preferred.
• Strong closing, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain a sales pipeline.
• Strong prospecting and follow-up habits.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service skills.
• Professional verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable working in a commission-focused sales environment.
• Ability to learn detailed product information and confidently present it to customers.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and digital sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Sell new and pre-owned boats to retail customers.
• Build and maintain your own book of business.
• Respond quickly and professionally to internet, phone, and showroom leads.
• Prospect consistently for new customers and sales opportunities.
• Develop long-term relationships with boat owners and prospective buyers.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with active prospects and previous customers.
• Demonstrate boats and participate in sea trials when appropriate.
• Negotiate professionally and confidently ask for the sale.
• Work with Sales Management and the Business Office to move deals through delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer activity, notes, and pipeline information in the CRM.
• Utilize multiple channels to generate and maintain customer engagement.
