Top earners reach $45–$88+ per hour plus tips, with up to 75% commission, an 8-level career ladder, and 12 price levels to grow your earnings as demand for YOU increases.

Qualifications

• A valid barber or cosmetologist license (state-specific).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).
• Night/weekend/holiday flexibility = peak earning potential.
• Skilled in cuts, fades, color, and consultation.
• Bonus points if you’ve got a book to grow commissions.

Responsibilities

• Walk-in ready: start cutting on day one.
• Work with strong guest loyalty to drive earnings.
