Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in scheduled in-home consultations.
• Understand customer needs and design replacement window solutions.
• Present Renewal by Andersen products, pricing, financing, and warranty options.
• Guide homeowners through a consultative purchasing process.
• Maintain customer information and follow-up activities in Salesforce.
• Generate referrals and self-generated business opportunities.
• Partner with installation and operations teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
