Qualifications

• At least one year of garage door installation experience.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude with garage door systems and tools.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and use hand/power tools safely.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfort with tablets; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial doors and openers in the Phoenix area.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
• Perform inspections ensuring safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records with notes, photos, and diagrams.
• Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
• Identify customer needs and suggest products and upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, organized, safe work environment.
• Uphold safety, integrity, craftsmanship, and service.
