Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license.
• Willingness to learn and perform physically demanding tasks.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and use hand/power tools.

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain residential and commercial garage doors and openers.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues with confidence.
• Deliver five-star customer service with professionalism and empathy.
• Maintain accurate documentation with notes, diagrams, and photos.
• Ensure work meets safety and quality standards.
• Recommend upgrades and services based on customer needs—solutions, not pushy sales.
