Goody Garage Doors, a proud member of Guild Garage Group, seeks personable, mechanically skilled garage door technicians and installers to join our growing Phoenix team. If you have one year of installation experience and take pride in quality craftsmanship, this is your chance for a long-term career with substantial earning potential.

Earn training pay of $20–$30 per hour, then transition to performance-based pay with realistic annual earnings of $80,000–$150,000.

Qualifications

• At least one year of garage door installation experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with garage door systems, tools, and installation procedures.
• Ability to lift more than 75 pounds, climb ladders, and safely use hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Professional communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Comfort using tablets and basic technology; ServiceTitan experience is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers throughout the greater Phoenix area.
• Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend effective solutions.
• Perform detailed inspections and ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate job records, including notes, photographs, and diagrams.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products, services, and upgrades.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Uphold Goody Garage Doors’ reputation for safety, integrity, craftsmanship, and exceptional service.
