Job summary

Goody Garage Doors in Phoenix, AZ seeks experienced garage door technicians and installers to install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial doors across the greater Phoenix area. With at least one year of installation experience, you will diagnose issues, ensure safety and quality, document work, and provide clear communication with customers.

Training pay is hourly, with strong earning potential after training.

Qualifications

At least one year of garage door installation experience required.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong mechanical aptitude and familiarity with garage door systems, tools, and installation procedures.
Ability to lift heavy objects (75+ lbs) and work safely.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial garage doors and openers in the Phoenix area.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues and recommend solutions.
Perform detailed inspections and ensure safety and quality standards.
Maintain accurate job records with notes, photos, and diagrams.
Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
Identify customer needs and suggest products, services, and upgrades.
Keep work area clean, organized, and safe.
