• Ability to manage a daily installation schedule.
• Strong work ethic and productivity mindset.
• Willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area and surrounding markets as needed.

Responsibilities

• Install residential garage doors, tracks, springs, hardware, and openers.
• Complete installations accurately and efficiently.
• Ensure every installation meets company quality and safety standards.
• Troubleshoot installation issues in the field.
• Communicate professionally with homebuilders, superintendents, project managers, and internal team.
• Maintain accurate job and installation documentation.
• Keep company vehicle, tools, and work area organized.
• Follow all company and jobsite safety requirements.
• Travel throughout Phoenix and surrounding areas based on scheduled installations.
