Job summary

Evergreen Capital is seeking entry-level Sales Representatives to join our acquisitions team. This is a predominantly phone-based role where you'll spend most of your day making outbound calls to motivated sellers, building rapport, qualifying leads, and negotiating purchase contracts over the phone.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and persuasive phone skills.
• Comfortable with high-volume outbound calling.
• Basic computer skills; CRM experience is a plus.
• Entry-level candidates welcome; full training provided.

Responsibilities

• Make 175+ outbound calls per day using provided leads and dialer software.
• Follow scripts to engage homeowners, uncover needs, and present cash offers.
• Qualify leads, gather property details, and negotiate terms to secure contracts.
• Build and maintain relationships with sellers through follow-up calls.
• Enter lead and deal information into the CRM system.
• Collaborate with the team to close deals quickly and efficiently.
