Job summary

Kaizen Collision Center in Las Vegas West is seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our Las Vegas West team. This is not an entry-level estimating position; you will oversee damage assessment through final delivery - and know how to balance accurate repair planning, insurance requirements, cycle time, customer communication, and quality.

Qualifications

• Strong damage analysis and repair planning required.
• Experience managing supplements and insurance claims.
• Knowledge of modern collision repair procedures and estimating systems.
• Strong communication with customers, insurance partners, and production teams.
• Excellent organization and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple active repairs in a fast-paced environment.
• Progressive claims experience is a plus.
• Certifications (I-CAR, ASE) are beneficial.

Salary Range: $65,000.00 To $200,000.00 Annually

Kaizen Collision Center is looking for an experienced Collision Repair Estimator to join our Las Vegas West team.

This is not an entry-level estimating position. We're looking for someone who understands the collision repair process from initial damage assessment through final delivery - and knows how to balance accurate repair planning, insurance requirements, cycle time, customer communication, and quality.

What You'll Be Doing

What We're Looking For

• Strong understanding of damage analysis and repair planning
• Experience managing supplements and insurance claims
• Knowledge of modern collision repair procedures and estimating systems
• Strong communication skills with customers, insurance partners, and production teams
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to manage multiple active repairs in a fast-paced environment
• Experience handling Progressive claims is a strong plus
• I-CAR, ASE, or other industry certifications are a plus
