You’ll manage negotiations, deal flow, buyer relationships, and transaction processes end-to-end.

The role offers a 100% commission-based structure with uncapped income, hybrid flexibility, training, and access to leads and coaching to support growth and long-term career development.

Qualifications

• Experience in business brokerage or related field.
• Strong ethics and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Licensing guidance may be provided for state requirements.

Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with business owners and buyers.
• Advise clients through sale and acquisition processes.
