Job summary

Auto-Chlor System is seeking a Business to Business Sales Representative in Oakland, CA to drive new relationships and expand a local book of business. You'll prospect, meet business owners face-to-face, and build lasting partnerships while working toward monthly sales goals with coaching from experienced leaders.

A company car, phone, gas card, and comprehensive benefits support your success. No minimum years of experience required, but 1–2 years is preferred; base salary is $40k with total

Qualifications

• Proactive prospecting to develop new business within a defined territory.
• Face-to-face meetings with business owners/decision-makers to introduce products/services.
• Build lasting relationships and turn prospects into customers.
• Work toward monthly sales goals with support from manager and team.
• Participate in weekly meetings, training, and development opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting and developing new business within your protected territory.
• Meeting face-to-face with business owners and decision-makers to introduce Auto-Chlor's products and services
• Building relationships that turn prospects into long-term customers
• Making approximately 20 in-person business visits each day
• Working toward monthly sales goals with the support of your manager and team
• Participating in weekly sales meetings, training and ongoing professional development
• Identifying new business opportunities and expanding your territory
