As part of a Fortune 500 automotive group, you will schedule work, maintain service records, and communicate updates to customers while upholding high standards of service and professionalism.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and basic technical understanding.
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Familiarity with service department operations and procedures.
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA.
• Ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Document vehicle issues and communicate estimated costs.
