Job summary
Honda of Princeton, located in Princeton, NJ, seeks a motivated Service Advisor to be the primary liaison between customers and our Service Department. You will guide customers through service needs, advise on maintenance and repairs, and ensure a smooth experience from check-in to delivery.

Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor experience is a plus.
- Automotive or dealership experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Professional and friendly personality.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and create a welcoming experience.
- Identify service needs and explain recommendations.
- Prepare accurate repair orders and explain pricing.
- Communicate with technicians and monitor progress.
- Coordinate pickup and delivery and follow up after service.
- Maintain accurate customer and vehicle information.
- Aim for sales and customer satisfaction goals.
