No prior automotive sales experience is required; training is provided to build a six-figure earning trajectory with ongoing coaching and a strong lead flow.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in customer-facing roles; automotive experience is welcome but training is provided.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Comfort with mobile/tablet tools and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Guide guests through product discovery, test drives, and feature comparisons.
• Follow up on digital inquiries and set showroom appointments.
• Close sales and coordinate delivery paperwork with customers.
