Qualifications & Requirements:

• Transferable Experience: 1+ years in customer-facing roles (retail sales, hospitality, restaurant service, mobile/tech sales, or customer service). Direct automotive experience welcome, but motivated career-switchers will be fully trained.
• Interpersonal Strength: Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and rapport-building capabilities.
• Tech Aptitude: Comfort navigating mobile tablet tools, CRM platforms, and vehicle infotainment systems.
• Driver’s License: Valid California Driver’s License with an insurable, clean driving record (MVR).
• Legal Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship. Pre-employment screening includes background check and drug screening.
