Qualifications

• Auto sales experience preferred but not required; training is provided.
• Sales experience in any industry is a plus.
• Energetic, outgoing, and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

• Driver's license and good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Help customers select, test drive, and purchase a vehicle.
• Greet customers and identify the type of vehicle that meets their needs.
• Explain features and demonstrate vehicle operation on a test drive.
• Present pricing, explain financing options, and complete paperwork.
• Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Prospect for new customers.
• Build a rapport with potential customers.
• Assist customers with completing the relevant paperwork required for a successful sale to be processed.
• Maintain reporting structures and recording sales and inventory.
• Collaborate with team members to reach sales targets.
• Assist with the setup of showroom and promotional displays.
• Maintain professional appearance and attitude.
• Maintain compliance training.
