Responsibilities

• Demonstrates automobiles by explaining features, test drives, and warranties.
• Prospect daily for potential customers and maintain rapport with past customers.
• Maintain high CSI score.
• Follow up with owners to encourage repeat and referral business.
• Learn product updates, features, and inventory benefits.
• Strive for customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Set personal goals aligned with dealership standards and plan how to meet them.
• Overcome objections, ask for the sale, and finalize deals including warranties and financing.
• Provide management reports and attend sales meetings and training.
