Job summary

JEFF WYLER EASTGATE AUTO MALL is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Closer to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to close deals, meet sales targets, and ensure customer satisfaction.

You'll build rapport with customers, conduct test drives, negotiate prices and financing options, and maintain accurate records. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; MVR/drug screening may be administered. 100% Commission - unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in automotive sales, preferably as a closer.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Close sales deals and meet monthly sales targets.
• Build rapport with customers, understand their needs, and provide personalized solutions.
• Conduct test drives, demonstrate vehicle features, and address customer concerns.
• Negotiate prices, trade-ins, and financing options to meet customer needs and dealership goals.
• Maintain accurate records, including sales reports, customer interactions, and vehicle inventory.
• Collaborate with the sales team, management, and other departments to achieve dealership objectives.
• Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activity.
