Job summary

T-ROC is hiring an Assembly Technician to turn parts into paychecks. You’ll assemble bikes, grills, furniture and other retail products with hand tools, working in major retail stores and hitting daily productivity goals.

This role offers commission-based earnings with no cap, and top performers can earn well above traditional hourly roles. Training is provided, with career tracks for high performers and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude with hands-on troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• Willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required, and pass MVR checks.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and produce high‑quality finished builds.
• Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Work independently inside major retail stores.
• Hit daily productivity goals…and earn commission accordingly!
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
