Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude—experience with tools or tinkering a big plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and stay active throughout the day.
• A desire to earn more through performance.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between nearby store locations if required.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, pass MVR check, and carry auto insurance meeting minimum coverage.

Responsibilities

• Assemble bikes, grills, furniture, and other retail products accurately and efficiently.
• Troubleshoot issues and produce high-quality finished builds.
• Use hand tools and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Work independently inside major retail stores.
• Hit daily productivity goals—and earn commission accordingly!
• Provide friendly, professional interactions with store teams and staff.
