Job summary

High Associates is seeking Landscape Technicians to maintain the outdoor environment and overall grounds at our Lancaster, PA properties. This full-time, year-round role supports our property services team, ensuring attractive, safe outdoor spaces for tenants and visitors.

The successful candidate will perform mowing, edging, pruning, and plant care, operate equipment, and assist with snow removal as needed.

Qualifications

• Valid PA driver's license required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Grounds maintenance/landscaping experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team or independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, including weekends when needed.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

High Associates is searching for Landscape Techniciansto join the property services team. The successful candidate(s) will provide a pleasant outdoor environment by maintaining the overall appearance of the landscaping and grounds.

This is a Full-Time (year-round) position from Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3:00pm. Must be available to work this schedule (days and hours).

Responsibilities:

• Completing all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operating and maintaining equipment.
• Expanding identification of plants and weeds.
• Edging, mulching, trimming, pruning, mowing, watering, weeding, and leaf clean-up.
• Assisting with snow/ice removal, as required. This will include Saturday & Sundays when it snows on those days.
• Safely using company vehicles and equipment by adhering to company standards.
• Abiding by all company and safety policies and procedures.

Our next co-worker will possess the following work and educational requirements:

• Valid PA driver's license is required!
• High School Diploma or GED, required
• Previous grounds maintenance/landscaping experience, preferred but not required
• The ability to work in both a team environment and independently.
• Demonstrate excellent customer service
