Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Camden County is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for pediatric and/or adult care to join our skilled nursing team. You will travel to a client’s home, follow doctors’ orders, perform assessments, and document observations to ensure high-quality, compassionate care.

We offer competitive RN pay ($32–$39/hour), a weekend program with enhanced rates, and weekly pay, plus benefits and training to support your professional growth.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program as indicated by transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors' orders.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluation.

We offer Weekend Baylor Program: work 16 hours, get paid for 24 hours (applies to Friday night and all shifts on Saturday and Sunday).

8 hour bonus with commitment to a minimum of 16 hours (two 8 hr shifts) every other weekend with trach and vent clients is required to qualify.
