Job summary

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1 year of stepdown/medium-to-high acuity experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for medium to high acuity patients, monitor vitals and IV drips.
• Administer medications and implement complex treatment plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on condition management and equipment use.
• Maintain accurate EMR records per hospital policies.
