Job summary

Equipment Room in Austin, TX is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead daily operations, financial performance, and guest experience for a 38-seat HiFi vinyl lounge with an elevated cocktail program.

You will work alongside the Service Manager, oversee labor, inventory, beverage costs, and ensure exceptional guest experiences while collaborating with Hotel Director of F&B, Marketing, Sales, and Finance to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in upscale cocktail bar or luxury hospitality leadership.
• Experience managing labor, payroll, inventory, and beverage costs.
• Strong knowledge of P&L management and hospitality finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Equipment Room team alongside Service Manager.
• Recruit, hire, onboard, and retain hospitality professionals.
• Create weekly schedules and oversee payroll to meet labor targets.
• Conduct pre‑shift meetings and ongoing coaching to reinforce standards.
• Foster a culture of accountability and genuine hospitality.
