Responsibilities

• Supervise all field operations on the project.
• Coordinate with the Project Manager to identify & address issues impacting quality.
• Establish subcontractor performance schedules and monitor progress.
• Inspect site for OSHA violations and unsafe practices; enforce safe work plans.
• Conduct Toolbox Talks with all employees to communicate expectations.
